How long does the alarm sound?

It rings for 3 minutes, then stops automatically. If another attempt is made, it sounds again.

Can I buy the lock without the cylinder?

Yes, you can request it that way at your local hardware or DIY store.

Can one remote control operate several locks?

Yes, a single remote can be paired with multiple locks (up to 25 in total).

How many remotes can be paired?

Up to 25 remotes can be paired simultaneously.

Can the same remote control be used for two locks installed very close together or on the same door?

No, this is not recommended. In that case, we suggest using the app to ensure proper performance.

Can the lock be recharged when it is switched off (“OFF”)?

No, it must be switched on (“ON”) to recharge.

What code should I enter in the app during setup?

When setting up a new lock, the app asks you to create a 6-character code (must include both letters and numbers).

How many events can I check in the app?

The app displays the 50 most recent events.

Can I grant permissions or pair remotes remotely?

No. For security reasons, the lock works via Bluetooth (not Wi-Fi), so you must be near the lock to perform these operations.

How many active authorizations can I set up?

Up to 20 active authorizations at the same time (family, staff, visitors). You can add or remove them as needed, as long as the total doesn’t exceed 20.
